Orders typically ship out the same day if placed before 3pm EST. Expect atleast a 1 day processing time. Free shipping is standard ground and typically arrived in 4-5 days. 

Due to the nature of the test kits all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Howver if you expereince any issues in reciveing your order or have any concerns at all please reach out to us as we will always rectify things for you. 

Once your order ships you will automatically receive an email with tracking. The tracking takes about 24hrs to update with the estimated ETA.
